Well, here's my newest tutorial (after a few requests). Hopefully, I didn't forget any typos...this took long enough to make. lol

As you can tell, Photoshop's "vector" isn't actually vector. It's still pixel based (unlike Illustrator's vector). However, it has it's own advantages that Illustrator doesn't, but the same point can be made for Illustrator.

It really depends on your taste.

Anyway, I hope this simple tutorial helps. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. :D

Well,not the way you're doing it, but you can make real vectors in photoshop. :shrug:
